Mother Nature forces plan B on Tiffany and Ross’ Yosemite Elopement Always Be Prepared Nature forced a Plan B for this Yosemite Elopement, but it turned out even better than imagined! A snow storm rolled in the night before Tiffany and Ross’ wedding so a ceremony at Glacier Point wasn’t possible. The park closes those […]
Lara + Stephen had a destination wedding with me back in 2018. When Lara reached out to me to set up another couples adventure session to document their passion for hiking I was thrilled! Lara and Stephen have been doing a lot of hiking this past year and will soon be hiking Mount Whitney. Mount […]
Vy and Joeys met in elementary school and honestly the rest was history. To be honest I am not sure if I have had a couple that met that many years ago. Their long love radiated through the camera, and it was the perfect day. Joey popped the question after an arcade date and of course, […]
Did you know if you elope, you have total control and flexibility of your day? Your day is solely based on you and your time! That is what I love most about elopements and helping you coordinate your day. The wonderful thing about eloping is you can do whatever the two of you want to […]
Nikki and Todd were a dream to work with; I spend two days with them capturing their love for one another. Todd and Nikki met at a soccer game in Kansas City, she bought a ticket for one, and the rest was history. They love going to Soccer games (and they do very frequently), watching […]
Shannon + Antonio’s Callaway wedding day was one for the books! Shannon and Antonio met when Shannon wanted to change the design for her company jackets. Antonio stepped in as the designer. They met for design consultations at Starbucks, which turned into more frequent, quick lunch meetings, and then into “we should hang out more”. […]
The coast of California goes on for 840 miles. 840 beautiful miles that you can elope on. Being an adventure elopement I always love helping my clients find the perfect location for their elopement, and a California beach is one of my favorite spots. Here are a few tips on how to elope on a […]
What is boudoir photography? Boudoir photography is a sultry photography session wearing lingerie, or something you feel comfortable posing in. These sessions can take place in your home a studio and my personal favorite the beach at sunset or sunrise. Doing a boudoir session can be so empowering. It is a great way to celebrate […]
I met Stew, Saori, and their dog Timber (who had the cutest special collar) in Sedona. We hiked at sunrise so we could have the park to ourselves. Sedona is one of Saori’s favorite places. Stew is a geologist from New Zealand and Saori an RN from Japan but they are located in Arizona. We […]
Deciding to become an adventure elopement photographer was one of the greatest decisions I have made in my business. Being able to explore new locations and shoot weddings at the same time is a dream come true. Earlier this month I headed to June Lake in Mammoth. June Lake is a year round resort town […]
I recognized that weddings merit the same kind of heart-pounding adventure. That’s why I transitioned from fine art photography to adventure elopements, using the medium I love to tell love stories that are as real as the ocean is deep.
Nature inspired me to chase after awe-inspiring bursts of wonder — watching sunrises from Yosemite mountaintops, backpacking through the red rock landscape of southern Utah, surfing in waves that carelessly crash onto the beach and soaking up island sunsets.
