Who would have thought that an online dating site would lead to marriage? Since the first day of chatting, it was love. The couple said, “It was as if we had known each other forever.” They both felt the other was “the one.”
It was a bright and sunny day in Temecula, CA. Mackenzie and her girls were busy getting ready in the new bridal/honeymoon suite at Avensole. It is dreamy, and the suite colors just happened to perfectly match Mackenzie’s wedding colors.
The guys had all gathered in the groom’s suite to shine their shoes and pin on boutonnieres. When I came to check on Travis, he mentioned he was feeling out of sorts and just couldn’t wait to see his bride because she always makes him feel better. So, I took Travis with me and set him up to wait for his bride.
They didn’t want to actually see each other before the ceremony. They opted to hold hands and whisper a prayer together. I could see both of them relax as they held hands.
When they did finally see each other across the aisle, it was a very emotional moment. The ceremony site at Avensole is drop-dead gorgeous (and so was the bride).
The reception was held at the beautiful indoor/outdoor space at Avensole. I love the reception space; it may be my all-time favorite! The couple danced, played corn hole, and enjoyed cookies and milk with their guests. I think everyone enjoyed celebrating their love.
Mackenzie and Travis’s winery wedding was a reflection of their love and devotion to one another.
