This little family has had a big impact on my life. We met in 2012 in a garage. Quinn’s garage to be exact, he was running a boot camp out of his garage. It was my first workout, and we were both doing tire jumps. She called me crazy, and we have been friends ever since. We started training for the Spartan together, and then we both went to our CF level 1 cert together. 🙂 We have shared life’s ups and downs while sweating it out. Most recently we work out in her garage gym; however, sadly that will soon be coming to an end. I have had to build my own garage gym, and we will have to do workouts via text and video in a few weeks, as they are moving out of state.
We spent an afternoon together at the beach to capture some CA photos so they can remember their time here in the golden state.
