The first chapter of their love story starts at Barnes and Noble where they meet and fell in love. Mike and Brittany’s wedding was a perfect expression of their love. They started the day getting ready at Brittany’s childhood home in Silicone Valley and then meet up at the Oakland temple to be sealed for time and all eternity. Then after we climbed a few hills for some epic shots we headed back to Silicone Valley for a ring ceremony surrounded by their closest family and friends under the redwoods. The wrapped up the evening with some smoked BBQ and dancing under the stars.
Mike came up with his own idea for boutonnieres! He has a love for giraffes so he had a giraffe boutonnière and all his groom’s men had boutonnieres of their favorite characters. She wore emerald green shoes that glittered as she to MC Hammer with her Dad! There was soundtrack music from all their favorite movies for the ceremony and reception. Of course, there was some Harry Potter and Star Wars among other greats. Their day was as unique as their own love story I was honored to travel to the bay area to capture it for them!
