Back in 2010 Patrycja’s friends were trying to convince her to move from the East Coast out to California. What better way than to introduce her to a cute guy?! It took a heated card game to get these two talking, but once they started they never stopped.
After 4 months of long distance flirting Jeff finally flew out to Chicago to sweep her off her feet. A little over a month later he was back in Chicago, this time to bring her back to Orange County permanently! After a few years of dating these two moved in together and adopted their corgi, Maverick. Jeff wanted to choose somewhere meaningful and special to ask her. The two worked hard to make moving in together a reality and build a home together. Jeff decided the best place to pop the question would be in their own home, a place where so many memories have been made and so many more will be made. In their little corner of the world he asked his best friend to marry him and she said YES!
I met up with these two at Europa Village to shoot their engagement session. Of course, Patrycja had already made a visit the week before and become a wine club member! So, we started with a little wine in the members only area and then took a stroll through the vineyards so they could enjoy the beautiful grounds at Europa.
It was a windy day in Temecula but Jeff had no problem keeping Patrycja warm and cozy…..
….And her smile is bright enough to warm up any day.
I think California and being in love looks good on Patrycja…
…and I love the way Jeff makes her giggle!
We ended the afternoon at a near by orange grove. I love taking my couples to multiple locations so we get a little variety and mix it up for their session.
